This was me for many years.

I had to use coping mechanisms like disassociating just to get through.

I was overworked, pushed to the edge, and struggling.

Eventually, I couldn’t take it anymore.

But it bothered me knowing that so many women were still stuck in that environment.

This led me to go on a journey to discover what was really going on. I researched, got qualified as a results coach, and started coaching others.
