Hello, I’m Trudi Case
I support women experiencing burn out, quietly disconnected from themselves even when life looks “fine” on the outside
Many of the women I work with are capable, caring, and deeply responsible. They’ve spent years holding everything together: career, family, relationships, while putting themselves last
Somewhere along the way, rest disappeared, boundaries blurred, and their own needs became harder to hear
This season of life can feel heavy. And it can also be a turning point
My work is about helping women come back to themselves gently, honestly, and without pressure to “fix” anything
Together, we create space to release stress, move through emotions, and reconnect with what’s true for you. To unhook from Human Giver Syndrome and begin living in a way that feels more spacious, nourishing, and aligned
I know this path personally

As a wife, mother, lawyer, and author, I’ve lived the experience of being outwardly capable while inwardly exhausted.
I understand the pull to keep giving, to stay strong, and to carry on even when your body and spirit are asking for something different.
Through my work, I’ve seen a few common patterns many women share:
constant exhaustion and mental overload
difficulty setting boundaries or resting without guilt
feeling disconnected or lonely, even when surrounded by people
trying to work everything out on their own
My role is to walk alongside you as you gently shift these patterns.

Our work together may include:
gaining clarity around what’s really draining you
reconnecting with your values, needs, and inner wisdom
learning new ways of thinking that build self-trust and confidence
creating boundaries that protect your energy
working with your body to release stress and restore balance
developing habits that feel supportive rather than demanding
reconnecting with yourself and with others
Before becoming a coach and mentor, I spent over 20 years practising law across private practice, business, and government. I began my career at Finlaysons and Sparke Helmore, working in personal injury law and civil litigation, before moving to the South Australian Crown Solicitor’s Office, where I practised administrative law in areas including child protection, nursing regulation, and guardianship.
I later worked in commercial law and advisory roles, and went on to run my own legal practice, supporting small business owners with contracts, intellectual property, Australian Consumer Law obligations, and privacy matters. More recently, I worked as a senior lawyer at the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, practising in freedom of information and privacy law.
Alongside my legal work, my writing has been published in Mindfood and SA Weekend Magazine.
This breadth of experience means I’m deeply familiar with complexity, responsibility, and high-pressure decision-making.
The skills I developed through law and business: advocacy, research, writing, problem-solving, and clear communication, now underpin my coaching and mentoring work with women.
Through our work together, I help you gain clarity on your truth, rebuild confidence, and make decisions that feel right for you. We move at a pace that honours where you are, focusing on practical support, self-trust, and sustainable change.
You won’t be doing this alone.
I’ll be there to support you as you reconnect with yourself, take aligned action, and begin to feel mighty again in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and true to you.
Trudi
