Hello, I’m Trudi Case
I support women experiencing burn out, quietly disconnected from themselves even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
Many of the women I work with are capable, caring, and deeply responsible. They’ve spent years holding everything together: career, family, house, relationships, while putting themselves last.
Somewhere along the way, rest disappeared, boundaries blurred, and their own needs became harder to hear.
My work is about helping women come back to themselves gently, honestly, and without pressure to “fix” anything.
Together, we create space to unhook from Human Giver Syndrome, release stress, move through emotions, reconnect with what’s true for you, begin living in a way that feels more spacious, aligned and nourishing.
I know this path personally.

As a wife, mother, lawyer and author, I’ve lived the experience of being outwardly capable while inwardly exhausted.
I understand the pull to keep giving, to stay strong, to carry on even when your mind and body are asking for something different.
Through my work, I’ve seen common patterns many women share:
constant exhaustion and mental overload
difficulty setting boundaries or resting without guilt
feeling disconnected or lonely, even when surrounded by people
trying to work everything out on their own.
My role is to walk alongside you as you gently shift these patterns.

Our work together includes:
understanding your situation with compassion.
navigating what you can control and what you can't, learning acceptance, knowing when to let go.
working with your body and nervous system to release stress and restore balance.
creating boundaries that protect your energy and give you peace and clarity.
reconnecting with yourself and others, build your confidence.
developing habits that feel supportive rather than demanding.
Before becoming a consultant, I spent over 20 years practising law across private practice, business and government.
I began my career at Finlaysons and Sparke Helmore, working in personal injury law and civil litigation.
I then moved to the South Australian Crown Solicitor’s Office, where I initially practised administrative law in areas including child protection, nursing regulation, and guardianship and later worked in commercial law and advisory roles.
I went on to run my own legal practice, supporting small business owners with contracts, intellectual property, Australian Consumer Law obligations, and privacy matters.
More recently, I worked as a senior lawyer at the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, practising in freedom of information and privacy law.
Alongside my legal work, my writing has been published in Mindfood and The Advertiser SA Weekend Magazine.
This breadth of experience means I’m deeply familiar with complexity, responsibility, and high-pressure decision-making. The skills I developed through law and business: advocacy, research, writing, problem-solving and clear communication, now underpin my consultancy work with women.
Through our work together, I help you gain clarity on your truth, build your confidence so you can make decisions that feel right for you. We move at a pace that honours where you are, focusing on practical support, self-trust and sustainable change.
You won’t be doing this alone.
I’ll be there to support you as you reconnect with yourself, take aligned action, and begin to feel mighty again in a way that’s grounded, compassionate and true for you.
Trudi
