See How The Program Works

Step 1: Recognise and Reimagine

We begin by seeing your situation clearly, without judgment.

Burnout doesn’t happen because you aren’t coping. It grows in environments where women are expected to be endlessly available, praised for quietly and cheerfully always giving, suppressing their emotions to keep others comfortable. But still you don't think you're good enough.

In this step, we gently unravel shame and self-blame. You begin to recognise the roles, expectations, and pressures you’ve been carrying - many of which were never meant to be yours alone.

As understanding grows, relief follows. When burnout is no longer seen as a personal flaw, new choices become possible.

Step 2: Empty the Stress

Burnout isn’t resolved by thinking your way out of it.

And it's not resolved by trying to fix your work, money, family, relationships, cultural expectations.

Much of the stress you’re carrying is stored in the body, built up through years of pushing through, suppressing your emotions, caring for others while ignoring your own needs.

In this step, we focus on helping your nervous system complete stress responses and return to safety and strength.

Through practices such as movement, breath, emotional expression, body sensations, connection and rest, your system begins to settle. You’re not fixing your life here - you’re allowing your body to recover its natural rhythm.

This is where many women feel the first real sense of relief.

Step 3: Navigate Your Inner Compass

Burnout disconnects you from your inner guidance.

You feel uncertain, criticising yourself for not being able to “figure it out”. In reality, your system is responding to a mismatch between effort and sustainability.

This step helps you reconnect with your Inner Compass - the part of you that knows when something is no longer working.

Together, we explore how to listen to discomfort as information rather than failure.

We recognise the challenges, reduce them as best we can.

We recognise resources out there in the world, in your mind and body, to deal with those challenges, increasing those resources as best we can.

Sometimes this means continuing with support. Sometimes it means changing direction. Either way, your wellbeing becomes non-negotiable.

You don’t need more discipline. You need permission to listen.

Step 4: Establish Your Boundaries

Burnout thrives where there is chronic over-giving without recovery

Boundaries are not about pushing people away. They are how your nervous system learns it is safe again. They give you peace along the way

In this step, we work with:

*External boundaries around time, energy and commitments

*Relational boundaries, those connections that support nourishment rather than depletion

*Internal boundaries, those inside your head, that protect your emotional wellbeing

As boundaries strengthen, guilt softens. Clarity returns. Relationships recalibrate. Your body begins to trust that it no longer has to stay on high alert

Step 5: Wire It In and Grow Mighty

Lasting change happens when new ways of being are gently woven into daily life.

In this final phase, we focus on sustainability. We work with your inner critic - the “madwoman” in the attic that keeps you stuck and critical. Through curiosity and compassion, that voice loses its grip.

We strengthen connection because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Your nervous system downshifts when you feel understood, supported, and held in context.

We prioritise rest, not as a reward, but as a biological requirement. This is where resilience, clarity and strength are restored.

You’re not here to shrink, disappear, or return to exhaustion. You’re here to grow steady, grounded, and powerful in a way that honours your body and your life.
