Where do you sit in burnout? It often looks like this:
On the outside, you're the reliable one, getting things done, but on the inside you feel overwhelmed, flat, heavy, detached.
And everyone needs something from you. At work. At home. In your relationships. There is very little left over for you.
This is what burnout looks like. The demands are relentless, boundaries are crossed again and again, every small pocket of rest gets filled with more doing, more responsibility, more expectations.
Over time your body gets stuck in survival mode. Not because you're weak or bad at managing your time. But because your nervous system was never designed to cope with constant stimulation, constant responsibility and constant availability.

For many years I was outwardly capable and dependable, while inwardly feeling disconnected, a deeper part of me waiting to be heard.
My inner critic amped up my anxiety. Irritable, procrastinating, not performing at my best, I let go of rest and connection. I wasn't kind to myself. I believed I had to manage it alone.
Over time I felt numb, detached from my career and life.
I see many women feeling physically and emotionally depleted, just like I had been.
That led me to research burnout deeply, qualify as a wellbeing and leadership consultant, and begin supporting other women.
With over 20 years' experience in law, a strategic adviser with high-level problem-solving and communication skills, I bring a structured, clear-thinking approach to complex life transitions.
